	Hei,
	I am a German-Brazilian visual artist, working interdisciplinary with artistic research and social practice, seeking to understand the potentialities of art and their social applications. My practice is inspired by perceptions and theories on ecology and nature, parasite relationships, care and symbiosis around land, humans and non-humans, while intertwining research with art and cumulative memory with collective consciousness. Whilst working with my close surroundings, I investigate indifference and provoke sensibility towards our biosphere and its habitants, exposing consequences caused by its interactivity. By interweaving natural materials and found entities, which are constantly being metamorphosed based on the contexts I encounter, I search for hidden and untold stories, imagining spaces as the resource and starting point of my artistic practice.
I describe my working methodology as a continuum, set in motion by including and involving people and communities in debate, collaborations and social interactions. 
The participatory element is key to create artworks, while focusing on the aim to work towards a common goal, raise awareness and encourage conversations around certain issues and improving specific conditions. The results, often social sculptures and installations, are set in public spaces, outside the city and in its landscapes. 
Learning about ecology, care, our land and its versatile materials through my working processes, manifested the interest in concentrating on existential themes concerning human values, the quality of life and the future of humanity in our world. 
Without trying to romanticize nature, but by focusing on the cycle of life, ecological systems, the blooming and degeneration of seeds, while implementing aesthetic utilities. 
Alongside my individual practice I am part of the the artistic research duo Risom.Sekles.&#38;nbsp;︎︎︎
